One bounded request containing up to 25 package/version inputs and one candidate-advisory page per package. Additional pages or changed inputs are separate queries. Candidate limits apply before version and withdrawn-advisory filtering.
No. Results describe the returned scope and retained evidence. An empty page can still have more candidates; inspect pagination and unknown states. A valid query can return no matches.

Manual top-ups will start at $10. Optional automatic refill is planned and requires explicit customer consent, a disclosed trigger and refill amount, and spending limits. Every purchase or refill must meet the $10 minimum. It is not enabled by signup or demo use.
Batched x402 settlement for wallet-paying agents is an option under evaluation, not an implemented or available payment method.
Not yet. Real settlement, public infrastructure, source rights, support, and customer terms must pass review first. Existing payment tests are simulations, not completed customer sales.
